- Furniture Diagram BLDG 4168 Map Diagram Access Control Amendment #2 Install Access Control System and Camera System Bldg. 4168 located on Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. The purpose of this designed security system is to convert the existing access control system over to a Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) compliant system for access control, cameras, and badges. The access control installation will include only new card readers, cameras, and Aiphone to replace an outdated infrastructure. This requirement will be a total small business set aside. CLIN 001 (Description in SOW) Parts & Labor Offerors will be given at least 15 days to submit a quote, starting from the solicitation release date. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Only one proposal will be accepted, no alternate quotes. Further information concerning the full scope of this effort can be found within the Statement of Work posted within the solicitation. All interested parties must be able to qualify for performance of the entire scope of the effort.
