- Program Manager, Combat Support Systems (PM, CSS) Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA Exchange/Sale Authority This notice announces the date, time, location, and schedule of events for the PM CSS Industry Day which will address the use of the Exchange/Sale Authority to conduct property exchanges between the Marine Corps and private industry. This Industry Day is designed to provide private vendors with the regulations and procedures that will be utilized to conduct property exchanges. Additionally, the Government will provide information regarding possible equipment/systems that may be available for exchange during the upcoming fiscal year. RSVPs for the Exchange/Sale Authority Industry Day general session are due by 19 September 2016, 1600 Eastern Standard Time. You must RSVP by email to PM CSS (Danelle Tate & Dorinne Rivoal, email addresses below). RSVPs to PM CSS must include the vendor's name and address, company size, a company point of contact, including name, title, citizenship, telephone number, and e-mail address of each person attending. Vendors may submit open-forum questions no later than 22 September 2016, 1600 Eastern Standard Time. The Government will consolidate and address all questions at the Industry Day. Vendors will also have an opportunity to submit questions in writing during the Industry Day. Please send all questions and PM CSS RSVPs electronically to Danelle.Tate@usmc.mil with courtesy copy to Dorinne.Rivoal@usmc.mil. Electronic media must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat formats. The Government will not respond to telephone inquiries. The PM CSS Exchange/Sale Authority Industry Day will occur on 27 September 2016 with all vendors and will begin at 1400 and end at 1600, at the following address: Briefing Center Tent, Modern Day Marine, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA 22134 The information provided at Industry Day will be based on the best information available at that time, is subject to change, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Industry Participants are not allowed to record the briefing. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Lunch will NOT be provided. This announcement is not a contract, a request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.
