- Amendment 0002 - Revisions to the SOW, Sections C and Section L. Adding a attachment for the Past Performance Questionnaire. Amendment 003 - The Solicitation Due date has been revised. The Questions submitted regarding this solicitation has required a more in depth amendment to respond and revise the solicitation to better resemble the Level of Effort, Transition, and Labor Category Accuracy. At this time the Government response is not ready for release. The solicitation time frame however can be. Navy CNIC will post another amendment shortly to repsond to submitted questions and provide an amended solicitation. Additional questions may now be provided through October 10th, 2016.
