- Task Order #5 Task Order #3 Task Order #2 Task Order #1 Pricing Spreadsheet Performance Work Statement Amendment 2 RFP Amendment 2 - Responses to Offerors Questions This amendment provides partial responses to questions received during the first round of the Question and Answer (Q&A) period, which ended on 07 SEP 2016. The Q&A responses are provided in the RFP Amendment 2, "Responses to Offerors Questions". As a result of the responses to the questions, amendments with track changes were made to the following attachments: RFP HSCG23-16-R-PFP021 Attachment A - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment D - Pricing Spreadsheet Attachment E - Task Order #1 (HSCG23-16-R-PFP022) Attachment F - Task Order #2 (HSCG23-16-R-PFP023) Attachment G - Task Order #3 (HSCG23-16-R-PFP024) Attachment H - Task Order #4 (HSCG23-16-R-PFP025) Some of the significant changes to this amendment include: 1. Eliminating the Security Clerk position from PWS Section C-3.6 and amending all attachments subsequently impacted. 2. Removing Contract Line Items (CLINs) for contractor vehicles at installations that do not require a vehicle as per PWS Technical Exhibit Eight (TE-8). 3. Change the beginning period of performance from 01APR2017 to 31AUG2017 for Task Order #4 (HSCG23-16-R-PFP025) CLINs: 00007, 00007A, 00007B, and 00007C (USCG Aviation Training Center Mobile, AL) 4. Technical Exhibit Nine (TE-9) was added to the PWS as a sample Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) similar to all SOPs at each installation. Track changes for all documents will be accepted after posting this amendment. Future amendments will have track changes enabled to show only the new changes. The Government anticipates posting amendment three during the week of 26 SEP 2016 to answer all remaining questions.
