- Please see attached amended synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation has been hereby amended to change the following: 1.) The site visit has become OPTIONAL. *All planes to be restored are free of MAJOR damage. Fixing minor damage shall be included on all quotes. Should vendors decide NOT to attend, the exact condition of the airplanes cannot be guaranteed by the Government. 2.) The date by which this project shall be complete in full has been changed to 31 May 2017. Please see updated Synopsis/Solicitation for details. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
