- Solicitation W912P6-16-T-0032 for small lightweight electrofishing boat. 1. Government Requirement: By way of this Request for Quotation (Solicitation), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, is seeking quotes for a small, lightweight electrofishing boat to be delivered to the Chicago Lock, 108 N. Streeter Drive, Chicago, IL 606011. 2. System for Award Management (SAM): Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) TO RECEIVE AN AWARD FOR THIS ACQUISITION, and must be registered in SAM with North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 336612 - Boat Building with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Registration can be completed at https://www.sam.gov. 3. Competition: This solicitation is for 100% set aside for Small Businesses. 4. Submittal Instructions and Due Date: (See also Section L, Clause 52.212-1, and Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) a. Required Submittals in Response to this Solicitation: (1) A Signed Quote (Page 1 of this Solicitation, blocks 30a, 30b, & 30c). (2) a fully completed Bid Schedule (Section B of this Document) with a price provided for line items 0001 through 0003. (3) Fully completed "Representations and Certifications" (Section K of this Document) W912P6-16-T-0024. b. PRICE QUOTE DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor shall submit a QUOTE and required submittals to Megan Manis via email at megan.r.manis@usace.army.mil no later than 4:00 pm CDT on September 23, 2016. c. NOTE IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF EMAIL, INDICATING THE FOLLOWING: SOLICITATION NUMBER W912P-16-T-0032, SMALL LIGHTWEIGHT ELECTROFISHING BOAT. SPECIAL NOTE: Any electronic files (EMAIL) of the quotes CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MG (includes email and attachments); files exceeding this size will be denied access to the aforementioned email boxes. 5. Additional Requirements: The Contractor is also required to fully complete and submit FAR Provision 52.212-3 "OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS" that are located in Section K of this Solicitation (RFQ) W912P6-16-T-0032. 6. Submittal: ALL REQUIRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS (BID SCHEDULE, SIGNED QUOTE, AND REPRESENTATIONS ADN CERTIFICATIONS) MUST BE SENT TO THE ATTENTION OF MEGAN MANIS BY EMAIL to megan.r.manis@usace.army.mil. 7. CONTRACT AWARD: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD, THE CONTRACTOR MUST FULLY COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM-FIXED-PRICED CONTRACT. A firm-fixed-priced contract wil be awarded to the responsive adn responsbile contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for the items included in the Bid Schedule. SPLIT OR MULTIPLE AWARDS WILL NOT RESULT FROM THIS ACQUISITION.
