- ACC- Warren Installation Support Contracting Division intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for SVM 3001 Stabinger Viscometer with Autosampler. Award will be made to Anton Paar USA, (CAGE: 0FW58), 10215 Timber Ridge Dr Ashland, VA, 23005-8135 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The NAICS for this acquisition is 334516. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
