- This amendment extends the due date to 2:00 PM Friday, September 23, 2016. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSFLGL-16-Q-00510, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82, effective 6 Jun 2015. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 238210 with a Size Standard of $15M. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) has a requirement to obtain replace/install fire alarm panels, smoke detectors, and CO detectors in various buildings. The selected offeror shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the work. The contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001 Description: Replace/Install Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke Detectors, and CO Detectors Quantity: 1 Lot Delivery: 30 Days After Award Delivery shall be made to: DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRNG CTR 2400 GLYNCO PKWY ATTN: RON ACKER X3468 GLYNCO GA 31524 The complete solicitation document is attached, inclusive of the scope of work, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable clauses. Amongst others, the following provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (ii) Price (iii) Past performance; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
