- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisitions and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting is the Open Market portion of GSA e-Buy RFQ 1144451 and N00189-16-T-Q244. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO and FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fbp.gov/). The RFQ number is N00189-16-T-Q244. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-89 and DFARS Change Notice 20160830. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The NAICS Code is 334112 with a size standard of 1,250. This RFQ is issued on an unrestricted basis. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and the evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. The customer and ship to are Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center (FLENUMMETOCEN) located in Monterey, CA 93943-5501. Special shipping instructions will be included in the resultant order. FOB destination is applies. The Dell Hardware must be in new, unused condition and the packaging seal unbroken. Refurbished material is not acceptable. Vendor quotes are due by 7:00PM, Eastern, 22 Sep 2016, and shall be valid for 30 days.
