The United States Air Force (USAF) AFICA's 771st Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (771st) Strategic Sourcing Seating team intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the acquisition of seating, for use at United States Air Force Bases in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) as well as in Alaska and Hawaii. It is the intent of the Seating team to establish BPAs that will be awarded, against General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) 71. BPAs will be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3(a). 2. The 771st intends to award a target of six (6) to eight (8) BPAs, but reserves the right to award more or less than this target, to the Offeror(s) whose Quote represents the best value to the Government. It is the intention of the 771st to reserve two (2) of the of the selected agreements for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 337214, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government reserves the right not to award any BPA. 3. Please see the memo related to this Draft Solicitation. Contained therin is one exhibit and eight attachments. 4. The Final RFQ will be posted to GSA e-Buy. Only awardees with active GSA Schedules will be eligible for BPA award.
