- On or about 22 September 2016, the Regional Health Contracting Office-Central (P), Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to issue a sole source contract to Allergan for various surgical implants and accessories at the William Army Beaumont Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, Texas. The period of performance is 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement shall include information of sufficient detail to demonstrate that they are able to provide similar surgical implants and accessories.
