- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Greensboro, NC This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration (GSA) to solicit space for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Greensboro, NC from SN Properties Funding IV - 13702 Coursey Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70817-1370, the current Lessor. The Government will negotiate a sole source superseding lease with the current lessor for a building with the required space needed that is in walking distance of the current location. This is due to the economic benefit i.e breaking the current lease that does not expire until 2023. The Government will negotiate with the current Lessor to lease for the EEOC 5,727 rentable square feet of office space. They currently lease 3882 ABOA SF. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
