Description

PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the procurement of (3) Medication Scales for the Mann-Grandstaff VA Pharmacy at 4815 N. Assembly St, Bldg. 14. Spokane, WA 99205. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Vendor will provide all materials and components necessary for a Medication Scale which is brand name or equal to the Parata Accucount II. The solicitation, specifications and other attachments will be available for download on FedBizOpps (FBO) (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 15 September 2016, with an anticipated proposal due date of 19 September 2016. The contract will be awarded to one (1) contractor using a Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the technical requirements. The anticipated award date is 22 September 2016. This procurement is for small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333997- Scale and Balance Manufacturing, Balances, including laboratory-type, manufacturing.
