- RFQ N00421-16-T-0611 U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Christiann Whalen-Yant at christiann.whalen@navy.mil no later than 09/19/2016. PLEASE QUOTE ALL ITEMS OR NONE. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0611 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with TELEVISON EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATES, INC DBA: TEA(CAGE CODE:53283) for Marine Craft headset and ancillary equipment. Under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, & 13. These are direct replacements parts for equipment already in inventory and must be identical in form, fit and function. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote. However, all quotes MUST be received no later 09/19/2016. Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
