- NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award on a competitive basis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The solicitation number N00244-16-T-R817 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date is 20 Sep 2016 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-82 and DFARS Change Notice 20160802. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego has a requirement for Port Hueneme Chapel located at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Port Hueneme, California, which has an ongoing requirement for a full time Ordained Roman Catholic priest to provide Roman Catholic Ministry Program services in support of the mission and objectives of CNSRW chapel programs for Ventura, Port Hueneme Ca. Any Ordained Roman Catholic priest that is certified and in good standing with his home Diocese or Religious Order, has the required Certifications and believes he can provide the stated services in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer. Fleet Logistics Center San Diego requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following items: CLIN 0001, ORDAINED ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST. Contractor shall provide Roman Catholic Ministry Program services in support of Port Hueneme Chapel in accordance with the PWS for a period of 365 days. Award will be as Firm-Fixed-Priced.
