- Amendment #3 - Revised SOW dated 9/15/16 The purpose of Amendment #3 is to extend the proposal due date as a result of posting an updated Amended SOW dated September 15, 2016. All proposals are due no later than September 16, 2016 by noon. No other changes are being made for Amendment #3. See Attached SOW. ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment #2 is to extend the proposal due date. All proposals are due no later than September 14, 2016 by 4:00pm Mountain Time. No other changes are being made for Amendment #2. ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 1 is to correct Attachments 1 through 3 and provide questions and answers (see Amended Attachments and Q&A spreadsheet).
