- Justification and Approval Combined Synopsis and solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 319th Contracting Flight at 575 Tuskegee Airman Blvd bldg. 418, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to acquire the following items: PRICE SCHEDULE ITEM DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL OR SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED QUANTITY UNIT PRICE TOTAL 0001 The contractor shall maintain the EMCS, central equipment and field equipment with the qualified and (when applicable by law, regulation, or standard) certified managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and inspectors. Quality assurance program approved quality control, operation, maintenance, and inspection methods shall be employed. 1-Oct-2016 to 30-Sep-2017 12 months 1001 The contractor shall maintain the EMCS, central equipment and field equipment with the qualified and (when applicable by law, regulation, or standard) certified managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and inspectors. Quality assurance program approved quality control, operation, maintenance, and inspection methods shall be employed. 1-Oct-2017 to 30-Sep-2018 12 months 2001 The contractor shall maintain the EMCS, central equipment and field equipment with the qualified and (when applicable by law, regulation, or standard) certified managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and inspectors. Quality assurance program approved quality control, operation, maintenance, and inspection methods shall be employed. 1-Oct-2018 to 30-Sep-2019 12 months 3001 The contractor shall maintain the EMCS, central equipment and field equipment with the qualified and (when applicable by law, regulation, or standard) certified managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and inspectors. Quality assurance program approved quality control, operation, maintenance, and inspection methods shall be employed. 1-Oct-2019 to 30-Sep-2020 12 months 4001 The contractor shall maintain the EMCS, central equipment and field equipment with the qualified and (when applicable by law, regulation, or standard) certified managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and inspectors. Quality assurance program approved quality control, operation, maintenance, and inspection methods shall be employed. 1-Oct-2020 to 30-Sep-2021 12 months $ $ EXTENDED TOTAL: $ DELIVERY TIME (days ARO): This acquisition is full and open on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation reference number is FA4659-16-Q-0034 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 238220 and the size standard is $15 Million. Offerors must show: (1) The solicitation or reference number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) Price and discount terms; (5) Remit to address, if different than the mailing address; (6) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if any, for acceptance of offers. Discussions may not be held with offerors; therefore, each offerors initial quote should be complete and accurate. This is a sole source approved acquisition to Honeywell International, Inc. If any company, other than Honeywell, feels they can meet the requirements of the contract, you must submit your capabilities statement no later than the due date in the paragraph below.
