- Zero turn mower: Amendment 2 - dated 09/15/16 - Warranty clarification W912ES-16-T-0158 - SOLICITATION - Amended Amendment 2 dated 09/15/2016 regarding Warranty Subject: Zero Turn Mower with trade-in Set Aside Code: Total Small Business. Place of Delivery: USACE, Lock & Dam 6, Trempealeau, WI 54661-0406 Description: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is in need of one new zero turn mower with a 72" mower deck with bagger attachment and hitch kit. It shall be fully assembled and complete with all components required to make it fully operational. The mower will be used as the primary mower for the site. It must be delivered on or prior to November 15, 2016. Price must include a trade-in value for one John Deer M655 ZTrak mower and include delivery, unloading, and trade-in pickup. NAICS and Size Standard: NAICS - 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing Size Standard - 1,500 employees In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (USACE), the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representation and Certification (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
