- The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order, under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Pegasus Radio Corporation (dba) Federal Radio Service Corporation (FRSC) located at: 1202 Technology Park, Ste. C, Aberdeen, MD 21001-1425, to purchase: 1) Annual airtime subscription for its digital two-way Federal Specialized Mobile Radios (FedSMRs); 2) On-site maintenance for five (5) base stations, two (2) bi-directional in-building amplifiers, and two (2) cross-band repeaters at Archives I (Washington, DC) and Archives II (College Park, MD); and 3) Additional Services. A Justification for other than full and open competition will be prepared in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Period of performance: October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, plus four 12-month option years.
