- Draft Space Act Agreement NASA Langley Research Center Centennial Publication Potential performing party (PP) will provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to create a perfect-bound glossy publication with editorial content focused on the contributions of Langley Research Center (LaRC) under the National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics (NACA - 1917-1958) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA - 1958-2017). The publication will also be available online for at least one year from the date of completion. While the publication will be focused 60-80% of editorial content on the contribution of LaRC under NACA and NASA from 1917-2017 between 20-40% of the editorial content of the publication should highlight NASA LaRC's current mission focus and influence into the future. NASA LaRC will provide PP access to NASA LaRC historical information, including photographic materials, and information on NASA LaRC's current mission focus. The PP will help NASA LaRC to disseminate the mentioned information to public as required by NASA's authorizing statute. PROPOSALS DUE NLT OCTOBER 3, 2016.
