The requirement is to perform removal of existing carpet, purhcase and install new carpet per the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and building floor plans. THIS CARPET REQUIREMENT IS FOR " BRAND NAME" ONLY THE BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION & APPROVAL (J&A) IS ATTACHED. THE SCA-WAGE DETERMINATION 2005-2117, REV 18 IS APPLICABLE AND ATTACHED.
