- *****This solicitation was revised on 15 September to extend the deadline from 16 September to 19 September.***** Travis AFB has a requirement for the acquisition and installation of Blast Resistant Glass in accordance with the Statement of Work. Offers may be submitted via handcarry or electronic mail. Submit signed and dated offer at or before 1600 (4:00 PM) PST, 16 September 2016. To send questions and offers via electronic mail all documents must emailed to johnathan.gales@us.af.mil Submit quotations on company letterhead or pricing document. Quotations must include as a minimum: a) company contact information, b) price breakout for the requested line items, c) CAGE Code (from System for Award Management registration), d) a completed FAR Provision 52.212-3, Representation and Certification with a copy of a verification of registration with System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ), and e) any other information relevant to the proposal. Please see attached documents for all details pertaining to this requirement.
