- Amendment 2 - Warranty information added to Specifications W912ES-16-T-0159 - SOLICITATION Amendment 2 dated 09/15/16 Warranty information added to the SOW Subject: 2 new snow blower attachments for a CAT skid-steer loader Set Aside Code: Total Small Business Place of Delivery: USACE, Lock and Dam 7, La Crescent, MN Description: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is in need of two snow blower attachments compatible with a Caterpillar skid-steer Model CAT 226B Series 3 skid loader for use at Lock and Dams 6 and 7 located near Trempealeau, WI and La Crescent, MN. The snow blower attachments shall be a new CAT SR117 Model or equal, meeting or exceeding the specifications which will be stated on the Statement of Work. It shall be delivered on or before November 15, 2016. Total price must include delivery and unloading NAICS and Size Standard: NAICS - 333112 / Size Standard - 1,500 employees No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
