- Questions Form Combo Procurement of Benchstock Furnishings 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name or equal commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-16-Q-0132. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 effective 15 Aug 2016, DFAR DPN 20160830 effective 30 Aug 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2016-0603 effective 03 Jun 2016. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 337121;, Upholstered Household Furniture Manufacturing, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7290, Misc. Household Commercial Furnishings and Appliances. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 EMP. 4. Set-aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 CES/CEIAR 734 THIRD ST DYESS AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 60 Days after Award 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 20 Sept 2016, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 21 Sept 2016, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 22 Sept 2016, 12:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are presently available for this contract. 10.
