- SCA Wage Determination 15-2525 (Rev -1) Performance Work Statement Ground Communications Site Survey. (See PWS for full description of services) Survey, inspect, and document conditions relative to the bonding and grounding infrastructure for telecommunications of approximately 67 buildings with approximately 107 telecommunications spaces (see PWS paragraph 3.0) on Sheppard Air Force Base (AFB) at Wichita Falls, TX. The Contractor shall identify and document conditions where the buildings and telecommunications spaces within the buildings to be surveyed are, or are not, in compliance with the current issue of ANSI/TIA-607-B, Generic Telecommunications Grounding (Earthing) and Bonding for Customer Premises. This survey shall be limited to the requirements identified in this PWS.
