- Request for Quotation N00253-16-T-0498 - Wrenches Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for two (2) each tee wrench in accordance (IAW) with drawing 2571185; six (6) each Combustion Chamber Wrench IAW drawing 2571232; two (2) Extended Offset Crowfoot Wrench ½" x 1.750" per drawing 8290233-11; two (2) Extended Offset Crowfoot Wrench 9/16" x 1.500" per drawing 8290233-14; two (2) Extended Offset Crowfoot Wrench 9/16" x 1.750" per drawing 8290233-15; two (2) each Extended Offset Crowfoot Wrench 11/16" x 1.500" per drawing 8290233-22. Drawings referenced in this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export control Act and are ONLY available to vendors and/or contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors and/or Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted drawings and technical information will be available through FedBizOpps as an attachment to this solicitation. This requirement is being issued as combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0498 and is attached to this announcement. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation.
