- This project provides renovations to Bldgs 290 and 110 at San Nicolas Island, Naval Base Ventura County, California. Renovations to SNI 290 include the following: Repair exterior fiberglass siding; replace roof; replace two roof exhausters; repair two rollup doors (with new door frames); repair damaged / rusted structural steel purlins; replace damaged and/or missing wall and ceiling insulation, repair overhead crane as required for operation. Renovations to SNI 110 include the following: Repair spalling, cracks on CMU walls; replace the rollup doors and frames; replace roof exhausters and screens; repair asphalt paving to allow forklift operation; repair /replacement of water main to building; renovate restroom; repair (sandblast and paint) interior structural steel, including overhead bridge crane.
