- Attachment 3 - Wage Determination 2015-4281 Revision # 3 Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation number FA2860-16-T-0027 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The 11th Contracting Squadron (11 CONS) at Joint Base Andrews, MD intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for inspection, maintenance, and repair services of aircraft hangar doors on the installation. The hangar doors must operate in order to taxi aircraft to and from the hangar bays. If the hangar doors are unable to operate, aircraft will not be able to move, which will result in critical work stoppage and disruption of operations. This requirement will be pursued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, for which the small business size standard is $7,500,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. Interested parties shall review the enclosed SF 1449 solicitation document, to include Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule, and Attachment 3 - Wage Determination. For full instructions to prepare offers, offerors shall review the provision at 52.212-1 (Addendum). All questions shall be submitted via electronic mail to richard.s.wahidi.mil@mail.mil not later than 12:00PM EST on 20 September 2016. Timely submitted questions will be answered officially through an amendment.
