- Description
- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Office of Chief Information Officer, intends to procure on a sole source basis, insider threat analytic training from Boeing. This training must include a foundation of insider threat as well as specifics to the analytics and methodology for analysts. Training will be for 12 students in November 2016 at a facility within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR at 13.3 and 52.213-4 Terms and Conditions-Simplified Acquisitions (Other Than Commercial Items), 52.223-2 Affirmative Procurement of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts, and 52.223-17 Affirmative Procurement of EPA-designated Items in Service and Construction Contracts are applicable to this requirement. The services to be procured under this synopsis must comply with the following Section 508 Accessibility Standards: 1194.24 Video or Multimedia Products; 194.31 Functional performance criteria; and 1194.41 Information, documentation, and support (see http://www.section508.gov). Interested parties must submit a written proposal with detailed curriculum detailing the ability to provide comprehensive insider product information that demonstrates ability to provide insider threat analytic training and conformance with Section 508. Quotes must also include DUNS and quoter must have an active SAM registration at https://www.sam.gov. Quotes are to be sent to Michele B. Spencer to email address michele.b.spencer@usdoj.gov; noon ET by September 23, 2016. Oral quotations will not be accepted. Telephone calls will not be accepted, as no solicitation document exist.
