- Automated Directory Attendant Services (ADAS) System * Spok Smart Speech is the only authorized system and currently approved and listed on the Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Capabilities (UC) Approved Products List (APL) by Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTIC). ‐ Vendor shall engineer, furnish, and install an ADAS system at Fort Carson, Colorado that will provide automated telephone directory services to various posts, camps, and stations within the western region of the United States. ‐ The system will provide: voice/speech recognition capability, automatic number dialing, directory services, directory assistance, and local calling capability for in‐bound morale calls. ‐ Vendor will provide all hardware, software, associated materials, installation and training to provide and sustain a regional ADAS system to support Fort Carson and various posts, camps, and stations within the western region of the United States. ‐ The system must be compatible with the existing CS2100 telephone system at Fort Carson. ‐ The scope of the requirement includes installation O&M of a Regional UC ADAS system, that will provide a baseline ADAS service that includes basic directory assistance and local morale call services to deployed soldiers. The Regional ADAS system will use a "hub and spoke" architecture.
