- Attachment 3- Well and Casing Information Attachment 2- Well Farm Site Map Attachment 1- Pumps Installed in 2015 Clean Casings Repair Wells Performance of Work Statement (PWS) Request for Quotes (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for the procurement of the cleaning, inspection, testing, and replacement of well pumps/motor assemblies at Beale Air Force Base, CA 95903. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 237110. The Standard Industry Code is 1623. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $33.5M. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Inquiries for this RFQ may be directed to the contract administrator via email at chrissina.dural@us.af.mil. Requests for information (RFI) are due no later than 21 September 2016 at 12:00 PM PST.
