- Amendment 0002 issued to change quantity and item specification for Hardie Lap Siding. See attachment 4. RFQ has been extended to Friday, September 16, 2016, 4:30pm PT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is P16PS02863, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 321999 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Contractor shall provide siding and trim materials to the National Park Service, Lake Roosevelt Recreation Area-see Price Schedule for product description information. There are a total of four (4) attachments: Attachment no. 1 is the SF-1449, Attachment no. 2 is the Combined Synposis/Solicitation, Attachment no. 3 is Amendment 0001 and Attachment 4 is Amendment 002.
