- The Contracting Office of the US Forest Service, Region 10 in Anchorage, Alaska intends to post a request for quote (RFQ) for the upgrade to the Begich Boggs Visitor Center Smart Classroom, Glacier Ranger District, Chugach National Forest. Specific contract line items are identified in the solicitation request for quote. Place of contract performance is at the Begich Boggs Visitor Center on the Glacier Ranger District, Chugach National Forest on the Portage Valley Highway. The desired start date for this project is approximately 1 October 2016. Projected completion date is 3 April 2017. This is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 238210-Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and the size standard is $15 million.
