- Attachment_ PPQ-USCG AE IDIQ AE Synopsis HI GU - Draft Attached is a draft Synopsis for the subject contract. This draft Synopsis includes the proposed selection criteria, summary statement of work, and anticipated contract structure. This draft is for information purposes only. Inquires and comments on this draft are welcome. The Government will take into consideration all inquiries and comments prior to posting the final synopsis. Comments will either be intergrated into the new announcment or addressed seaparately in a narriative. This is not a request for SF330 submission. This draft does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers and the govenment is under no oblidation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Any information submitted by repondents to this draft annoucemnt is strictly voluntary. This is NOT an invitation for SF330s at this time. All comments and inquires shall be submitted in writing to Lori Paltridge at lori.k.paltridge@uscg.mil no later than 2pm October 14, 2016 Hawaii time. It is the responsibiltiy of the offeror to note any changes between the draft synopsis and final synopsis once posted.
