- Smart Data SOW FY16 for Bridge to Competition Attached please find the SOW for FY16 Smart Data. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the incumbent contractor, Boeing, for continuation of these services through December 2016. At that point, this scope is anticipated to move to a new, competitively sourced task order under one of this agency's ESITE IDIQ contracts. From our perspective, it would be impossible for any firm, other than the imcumbent, to successfully assume performance of this requirement for so brief a time. We are posting this Sources Sought Notice in keeping with the spirit of FAR 5.2, DFARS PGI 206.302-1 and in order to complete the J&A. Sadly with so little time left in FY16, we can provide only three (3) days for review/response.
