- PWS - Catholic Priest Service - Thule AB -18 August 2016 FA2523-16-T-0002 - Catholic Priest Service, Thule AB This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA2523-16-T-0002 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All quotations are due on 09 September 2016 by 1200 CET. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular: 2005-83 Effective 06 April 2015. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 813110, with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. See attached documents for Request for Quote (FA2523-16-T-0002) and Performance Work Statement (PWS dated 18 Aug 2016). Email all questions to the POCs identified in this solicitation by 26 August 2016 by 0800 EST. The answers to any questions submitted will be posted in an amendment to this solicitation shortly after this date.
