Description

VA Palo Alto Project 640-16-124 PROJECT INCLUDES: Renovation of 58 shower rooms in Building 520 to provide proper sloped drainage. Contractor to provide basic demolition and removal of existing shower floor materials and provide concrete preparation, treatment, and sealer, as well as vapor barrier as necessary. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
