- Request for quote for Sidewalk Replacement Attached is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for replacing a sidewalk at Brookville Lake Dam, 10064 Overlook Road, Brookville, IN, 47012. Award will be made based upon lowest price. The work under this request for quote is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 237310. The size standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. Large businesses are not eligible for award.
