- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), National Organic Program (NOP) intends to use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures to contract with a vendor to establish a peer review panel to evaluate the NOP's polices processes and procedures for conformance to ISO/IEC 17011:2011 Conformity Assessment - General requirements for accreditation bodies accrediting conformity assessment bodies. This procurement will be full and open per NAICS: 541690. The intent is to establish a one year, fixed price purchase order. Solicitation number AG-6395-S-16-0208 will be posted on or about August 19, 2016.
