- RFP-ADF-FOP-17-0002(Amd 1) The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is issuing this amended solicitation to fulfill a position for a for a Program Driver/Clerk for its field office in Liberia. The prior FBO posting was under the wrong solicitation number RFQ-ADF-FOP-17-0002 and required additional amendments to the solicitation after the original one was posted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; applications are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statues or executive orders -- commercial items, applications instructions, and evaluation of applications applies to this acquisition. Please see attachment labeled RFP-ADF-FOP-17-0002 for complete details. Applications shall be e-mailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line "Application for RFP-ADF-FOP-17-0002 Program Driver/Clerk in Liberia, attention JMCCLEAD/TAYERS" and received on or before 10:00 AM EDT on September 6, 2016 (14h00 Monrovia time). Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
