- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a Contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to remove and replace the existing Diesel Generator in the Control Tower at Brookville Lake, 10064 Overlook Rd, Brookville, IN 47012. The Contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. All electrical work shall be performed by certified electrician with state license. All work shall comply with National Engineering Service Corporation (NESC) and National Electrical Code (NEC). Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Brookville Lake 10064 Overlook Rd Brookville IN 47012 PH: 765-647-6701 Site POC(s): Greg Guay or Stephanie Ison This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238210 ($15.0 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price Quotes are due on 26 August 2016 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Email submissions will be accepted. Please submit quotes to glenn.w.moon@usace.army.mil. Fax submittals will not be accepted. SITE VISITS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. To have a full understanding of the scope of work a site visit is highly encouraged. A site visit can be arranged by contacting the on-site Point of Contact(s), Greg Guay or Stephanie Ison at 765-647-6701. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a DUNS number for processing their registration. If you do not already have a DUNS number, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505. Refer to www.SAM.gov for information formerly found in CCR, EPLS, ORCA and FedReg. Please begin the registration process immediately in order to avoid delay of the contract award should your firm be selected.
