- Solicitation package This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q1600037. This requirement is a Small Business Set-aside and the NAICS code is 561730. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Division of Gulf Operations (DGO) intends to procure Lawn Care Services at the MARAD Beaumont Reserve Fleet located at 2600 Amoco Road, Beaumont, TX 77705. Interested parties should attend site visit to be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the BRF, address above. Please email Ms. Sharon Duhon at Sharon.duhon@dot.gov of your plans to attend. All questions concerning this solicitation should be in writing and emailed to Aline Smith, Contracting Officer, at aline.smith@dot.gov. ONLY EMAILED QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Quotes should be emailed to aline.smith@dot.gov ONLY NLT Wednesday, September 13, 2016, 4:00 p.m. local time (Central). Award will be made to the vendor whose quote having satisfactory relevant past performance (must be a local lawn/landscape service company) and lowest price represents the best value for the government.
