- NEURALOG MAINTENANCE RENEWAL The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to make a non-competitive award The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1) ¿ only one source reasonably available ¿ to Neuralog, located in Stafford, Texas for annual hardware and software maintenance renewal, to be delivered to USGS, Tennessee Water science Center for the period of 09/01/2016 through 08/31/2017 There are four option periods: Option year 1 9/01/2017-08/31/2018 Option year 2 9/01/2018-08/31/2019 Option year 3 9/01/2019-08/31/2020 Option year 4 9/01/2020-08/31/2021 Neuralog is the sole proprietor. Software maintenance and customer support can be provided only by Neuralog as there is no authorized supplier for this service available. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Email responses to hnair@usgs.gov. The anticipated NAICS code is 811212. The size standard is $27.50 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/19/2016. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.
