- RFP_SAQMMA16R0555 Solicitation SAQMMA-16-R-0555 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-89. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The contractor shall remove the two (2) existing vehicle barriers installed at the main entrance and exit gates (one on each lane) at the US Embassy Zagreb, Croatia. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The barrier system used for this project must have been crash tested and/or listed on the most current Department of State Approved Anti-Ram Vehicle Certification List, with a rating of K 12/L3. The vehicle barrier replacement must comply with the vehicle barrier manufacturer's site preparation and installation documents. The anticipated contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the in accordance with requirements set forth in the Statement of Work with a period of performance of approximately six (6) months from Notice to Proceed. The deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time August 22, 2016.
