- This presolicitation notice fulfills the requirements of FAR 5.203(a). The Government has a requirement for Kitchen Hood and Duct Maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to provide Kitchen Hood and Duct Maintence services for eight buildings at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Services include but are not limited to: -Routine cleanings of all kitchen hood and duct systems at required intervals -Preventative maintenance, repairs and replacements as needed -Emergency repairs -Kitchen hood and duct system repairs and replacements The Government intends to award a base year contract with four one-year option periods beggining approximately 15 Nov 16. This requirement is anticipated to be set aside to Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Eligible under the WOSB Program Set aside. Please contact the Contract Administrator with any questions.
