- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Pristina will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the Government. Estimated amount of annual used minutes are 1,095,340 minutes. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
