- The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), intends to solicit and award an 18-month (12-month base + 6-month option) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with total estimated value of $3 Million. This action is intended as a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19, for non-commercial/non-personal/professional support services. The Communication Electronic Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) Command Control Communications-Tactical (C3T) Directorate requires Post Production Software Support (PPSS)/Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) of the Tactical Internet Management System (TIMS) and network support for the System Deployment Integration and Network (SDIN). This procurement will be a Request For Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number W56JSR-16-R-0049. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 541513, and Product Service Code (PSC) is R425. The posting date for this Synopsis is 12 August 2016 and the closing date for responses is 28 August 2016. The intended award date of the resulting contract is 28 November 2016.
