- Repair 219 roof-Front Elevation Repair 219 roof-Elevation Repair 219 roof-B-size Plan Solicitation Document This project is to demo and replace an existing EPDM roof at Hangar 219 in Kingsley Field ANGB, Klamath Falls, OR. Work will include demolition of approximately 70,000 SF EPDM roofing system, insulation, abandoned vent pipes, flashing, abandoned lightning protection rods and all associated materials required for the installation of a new EPDM roofing system. Contractor will also install new EPDM roofing system, insulation, and flashing that complies with manufacturer's installation requirements and is warranted for a period of 20 years.
