- Amendment 2 Amendment 000001 issued 8/04/16- added CAD Drwgs Amendment 000002 issued 8/12/16- added Q&A, Past Perf Questionnaire, Site Visit Instructions, updated pages 13 & 34 of RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation number HSSCCG-16-R-00041 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. The requirement is not a set aside. The associated NAICS code is 337215 Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. Description of the requirement is as follows: Solicitation # HSSCCG-16-R-00041 is issued as a request for a Firm fixed Price proposal to provide the design & installation of a file shelving system to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) National Records Center Expansion Site located in Lee's Summit, MO 64064. Detailed proposal instructions are specified in the attachments included in this notice. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable to the acquisition.
