- Rabbi Solicitation RFQP02131700007 Credentials for Religious Services Contractor Residency Form Cover Letter and Statement of Work for RFQP02131700007 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Minersville, Pennsylvania intends to issue solicitation RFQP02131700007, for the requirements of Jewish Rabbi Services. This solicitation is unrestricted. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, Interstate 81 & Route 901 W., Minersville, PA 17954. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, based on price. Should there be more than one offer at the same price, experience, education, and past performance will be considered, in that order. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 12, 2016 and will be posted in on www.fbo.gov, all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 16, 2016. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. Each offer is required to complete a Credentials of Religious Services Contractor form. The anticipated award date is October 3, 2016. ** The Government obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
